NEW Applications for share purchase, share sale and share exchange
In accordance the new Law related to prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, that's came into force on the 1.st of January of 2010. and as well accordingly  to the guidelines that are prescribed  by Croatian security Commission, from 18.th of January 2010. Erste-invest started to apply depth analysis of all investors (natural and legal persons).
 
The biggest changes related to our clients are new share purchase, share sale and share exchange applications that  from today will include two pages of which both has to be completed by every transaction.
 
NOTE:
By every new payment please fulfill the both sides of the Application form.
Payments that in future will not content the depth analyses part (second page of the Application form)  wont be accepted!
 
Completed form, please print and sign, scan and send to an e-mail:
einvprodaja@erstebank.com
In the e-mail titles please write: SPN - name of the fund (or example: SPN - MONEY).
