If you wish to exchange shares of Erste investment funds, print out this application, fill it out, and fax it to +385 (0) 62 37 2901.

Purchase, sale and exchange of units in Erste investment funds may be conducted faster and simpler through the NetBanking  services of Erste Bank.

If you want to exchange your units within Erste investment funds, please completed form print and sign, scan and send to an e-mail:
einvprodaja@erstebank.com
In the e-mail title please write: SPN -  name of the fund (for example: SPN - MONEY).

If you don't have a scanner, please print out this application, fill it out, sign it and fax it to +385 (0) 62 37 2901.

NOTE:
In accordance with the measures related to prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing payments that arrive without second page of the Application form (depth analyse) wont be accepted.

Exchange of units means the sale of units in one investment fund and the purchasing of units in another investment fund. Should the exit and enter fees be paid, pursuant to the Prospectus and the Statute of the chosen fund, the fees will be calculated accordingly.

Erste-invest Ltd., the Fund management company is obliged, pursuant to the stipulations of the Prospectus and the Statute of the fund, execute the sale of units from the fund and after payment of assets and investing into another fund, conduct purchasing in another fund. All the requests for sale of units from the fund denominated in euros, submitted on the current working day until 2 p.m. will be calculated at the price valid on the current day. At the exchange of units, purchase of units of the chosen fund will be calculated after the payment into the fund at the price valid on the current working day or on the following working day from the receipt of request. Transaction receipts will contain the calculated value as of the day of receiving the request for sale and the purchase of units will be executed one working day after the transaction execution.
