If you wish to sell shares of Erste investment funds, please completed form print and sign, scan and send to an e-mail:
einvprodaja@erstebank.com
In the e-mail title please write: SPN - name of the fund (for example: SPN - MONEY).
If you don't have a scanner, please print out this application, fill it out, sign it and fax it to +385 (0) 62 37 2901.
NOTE:
In accordance with the measures related to prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing payments that arrive without second page of the Application form (depth analyse) wont be accepted. |
