MEMBERS OF THE BOARD CURRICULUM VITAE
Mr. Josip Glavaš, was born in 1973. After graduating from the high school for mathematics and computer science, he enrolled into the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in “Analysis”, which he successfully completed in 1997. Since the beginning of his employment career in 1996., until today, he has been employed on various jobs related to the capital market. He has carried out all types of jobs in brokerage houses, from the back office manager, to broker, trade manager, portfolio manager, to general manager. From October 2001 until his arrival to Erste Invest in February of 2003, he was the general manager of the Dalbank vrijednosnice d.o.o. brokerage house, which was at the time one of the leading brokerage houses in the Republic of Croatia, with a total trade volume in 2002 exceeding 500 million Kuna.
He has passed the test for a certified broker, and belongs to the first generation of investment advisors in the Republic of Croatia. He is a participant of many seminars and conferences related to capital markets.

Mrs. Snježana Šalković Dasović, was born in 1974. After graduating from the University of organization and computer science in Varaždin, she began her career in 1996. on the Varaždin Stock Exchange, where she conducted administrative tasks related to trading. She passed her investment advisor test and certified broker test. She continued building up her experience and knowledge at a brokerage firm working in back office, as a broker and as a portfolio manager. She perfected her skills in numerous specialized seminars she attended and organized. Since 2001 she worked exclusively in the investment fund industry, with emphasis on asset tracking and evaluation. In 2003, she became a member of the board of Dalbank Invest management company ZIF Velebit. At the end of 2003, she became a member of the board of Erste-Invest d.o.o., where she established the department of back office and participated in the development of services and products of Erste Invest. In 2004, she became a member of the board of Erste-Invest d.o.o.

Mr. Miroslav Jurišić was born in 1979. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb
and majored in “Finance” in 2002. The same year he starts his professional career in ZB Invest,
Asset Management Company as Portfolio manager assistant and is later promoted to Portfolio
Manager function. In June 2005 he transfers to Erste-invest Ltd, Asset Management Company
as chief Portfolio Manager responsible for asset management of all existing funds. In line with
his professional career, he decides to take up the CFA program organized by the CFA Institute.
In June 2007 he successfully passes level III exam and is in October awarded the right to use
the CFA designation. He is member of the CFA Austria society. He has passed the certified
broker’s exam, as well as the investment adviser’s exam and the pension fund manager exam.
